keep up the good work. Isn't it great being a 2 Camaro family???????????? T
Today is the last day of my Dance exercize class I will be able to attend. I seriously need grief counseling. I have really loved that class. I have just got to find me another class!
Thank you. I am just as addicted to riding my bike now. We love our Camaro's and it is great opening the garage and seeing two. However, for now we have both refocused on exercise.

Thank you very much. We have not been to an H-Town meeting in a while. We have been working very hard, and avoiding the Mexican food restaurants we always seem to meet at. Once my two long races are done in September, we should start being more involved again. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

Yeah navigating restaurants is hard when you are trying to be good. Hope to see you around indeed! Lots of fun stuff going on with the group!

Ps. Two days after mass amounts of burpees and sneezing is still on the same pain scale as torture.

I started going to that one because the ones in my town moved to so early I can't make it there in time after work. So............ no aerobics, or zumba, or any dance/exercize class I can make it to. Maybe it is what I need to push me to more weight work, but these classes are more than calorie burning to me. They are my stress management, my fun, my group therapy. They push me to be consistent & make me happy. Now I am sad. :( I will look around & see if I can find something else that is at a time I can make it, but it is not looking good.
There's lots of good home videos you can do! I know it's nice to have folks to help hold you accountable, but if you don't have classes available, home videos are the next best thing!!! Let me know if you want some recommendations...I happen to know this Team Beachbody coach (oh, yea...that's me!!!) that can help ya with picking out one that is right for you!

Combined we have lost 121.5 pounds. My diabetes is under control, fatty liver disease is gone and both of our cholesterol numbers are on the low side. No more meds for either of us. Everyone on this thread have helped us reach this milestone. Your stories and suggestions have helped motivate me throughout this process. Thank You!!!!

Here is a photo showing our progress. We both still have more to go, but this first 5 month goal is under our belts and we both have completely new wardrobes. The wife is even starting to buy Jr. sizes in jeans!
WoW!!!! Great job to both of you!! I found that with my husband also working out and eating right helps me stay on track as well!

So, as previously mentioned, I am now a Team Beachbody Coach. Nothing motivates me more than inspiring and motivating others so I figured I'd become a coach to help keep myself on track! I plan on eventually getting my P90X Qualification and Certification as well. Please stop by and like my page on Facebook!

I've been slacking off on eating clean the last few months and hadn't been working out as hard. Although the scale has stayed the same, I feel more mushy!! So, I decided to start a round of P90X/P90X2 Hybrid...so here is one of my "before" pictures (more are posted on my FB page):

Lookin' good Donna.

Sometimes slacking off a bit will actually work wonders when you start back up again especially when working out hard and on a strict diet. I know that when my progress slows down taking some time off jump starts everything again. The body can only take so much abuse LOL

LoL...true!!! And I sure put it through a lot! In addition to P90X 6 days a week, I also have squadron PT 3 times a week, and Tough Mudder specific training once a week!! Then somewhere in there I gotta find time for my passion...running! So, might as well say I do two-a-days! Then I am working 12 hour shifts on top of that right now!!! So I'm really finding it very hard to sympathize with people who say they "can't find the time to work out"...you don't find time...you MAKE it!!! If it's important to you, then you will find a way to fit it in!

Yeah, but that is rather hard in my toy house & I really need the group therapy part too! I'm still looking for options.

Alright we are cooking with grease! I got a sinus infection earlier in the week. But now I have meds and I'm ready to get back to kicking butt!... Or better yet, getting my butt kicked.
