Last year when I had it checked I was on the normal side on my cholesterol and triglycerides. Had my lab work done last week and go back on the 19th to see how it is now.

You can always do better, that goes for everyone.



Yeah it is easy but remember your body still needs carbs, they give you energy to a point. Just be sure to eat them early in the day, no later than lunch.

Can't go wrong with steak.
I start my day with 5 or 6 hard boiled eggs and I eat about 6 times a day
lol I am a piggy hahahahahahaha

The carbs I take in these days come from the veggies. I'm doing a ketogenic diet in which the body converts fat cells into glucose, rather than running on carbs. I shoot for about 20 grams of carbs per day. Sounds crazy, but it's pretty interesting stuff. I can send you info if you want.

You look like you burn through it enough to eat like a manimal

God, my happiest days of eating were back in wrestling. I could eat literally anything I wanted and I never gained fat. It was a burrito-rama.
