11 to Fashion Square Mall if I go through PV. 17 miles to Papago if I go down 44th street.

I've priced homes in the southeastern valley. Plenty to chosse from and QUITE affordable. The only drawback for me would be employment opportunities.

That's the thing about the east valley. Lots of homes, but really long commutes. The west valley is starting to expand greatly and has a lot more jobs because the neighborhoods are older. The 303 just opened a closed access section that runs north of Surprise, Sun City West and Peoria to the I17. I imagine the housing up there will be very affordable.
