I got my ticket in Kettering, up by Dayton and they don't have a ticket deferral system

I can't go to remedial driving school because I've had a moving violation in the past 2 years. That's it, I'm lawyered up and going to court. DAS RIGHT.

2013 Buick Encore = Gamma-II
GMC Terrain = Theta-II

Encore = Smaller than Terrain. Encore =/= rebadged Terrain.

How is that a difficult concept to understand?
