Its a double edge sword, a lot of bad folks have worked for me that I had to write up 3 times for the same thing to get them canned.

I've worked for Christian companies too and they are worse. When I didn't go to the church they all went to I was ostracized. And they kept coming at me about my faith. I hate religious proselytizers.

I remember our HR Manager at Sears and I would make game plans to process people out that weren't stealing but were cancers in the store. We had the at will laws but the company policy was 3 write ups for the same thing. Exceptions reports and CCTV coverage can be a powerful tool if used the right way.
