You're looking at an easy $8000 before labor...

(But that's only if you need new equipment...unless you race, it's said they'll last a VERY, VERY long time)

They've actually gone down quite a bit, now. YOu can sometimes find rotors on the Vette forums for about 1200 bucks a pair if memory serves. But yeah, the carbon ceramic is supposed to last for the life of the car if you drive them like a normal person.

Of course, the 'burnishing' process you have to do when you get the car is also really fun...

I would never let that V-Spec go.

I think my brother is going to buy my Camaro and if he takes it I will be getting it. What do you guys think?? Should I go for it?? Remember it only has 1700 miles on it and is perfect inside and out.

I'd go for it!!!! I was waiting for them to get to that price range at one point - but since the zl1 is coming and for a lot less that is what I'm going to get.

My local dealer has had 3 09s sitting outside in the elements for two years now... And they wonder why nobody buys them.

Next time you're over, ask how much discount they would give on them?

Attending one of those schools is on my bucket list for sure
