Awesome thanks. These headaches are killing me. Plus who turns down a massage?

nah when you are in the groove of a diet all it takes is just the buying to get you there, you would be surprised... but like i said you have to be in the groove... to the point that you almost dont remember what you are buying tastes like :P

I found adding cinnamon to my oats gives them some good flavor without any negatives (unless there is something out there I am not aware of).
cinnamon is actually really good for dieting, it regulates your insulin reactions and basicly mellows it abit when you do consume carbs

true on the guarana, i tend to lean on that as the source of the "C" in my A-C-E stack not too sure on white willow bark havent really played with that supp. i tend to shy away from adding more to the 25-30 supp pill dosing i do in a day during a run down :P Vitamin Shoppe LOVES me!

Thanks for the tip on the diet soft drinks. That's gonna be a touhgy for me to give up without replacing with something worse. Will see how I do next week, but it gets to a point that you gotta decide when enough is enough. I don't compete at all, I just do it "because". Hmmmm, but still like to see if I have the discipline haha. I'll prolly try.

I did some checking yesterday and whiskey has 0 carbs according to what I've found, so as long as I drink it straight I'm good haha.

20-30 pills FIGRRL...wow. I thought I took a lot at times with 12 or so. I'm not on any supplements at present save for an Omega 3,6,9 pill, vitaimin, and red yeast rice (I've got cholesterol probs and this makes a big diff).

Today's workout was good. Gonna need to add some weight next week on a few things. I'd sure give up some of my strength to have another 20lbs of bulk though

Legs/Triceps

HS Hack Squat - 295/295/295 8/8/7
HS Leg Press - 575/575/575 8/8/8 (will shoot for 595 next week)
LF Seated Leg Press - 305/305/305 8/7/7
HS Seated Calve Raise - 105/105/105 15/15/15

Super Nose Breaker - 105/105/105 8/8/7
Tri Rope Extension - 110/110/110 8/8/7
Dips - Body weight 35/30/30

20 mins treadmill (run/fast walk/run/fast walk)

Had my Chuy's cheat meal tonight. WOW I was looking forward to that all week. Elvis Presley Memorial Combo (ate half of it) lots of chips and jalapeno dip, and a couple of Texas Martinis. DELICIOUS.

Back to the grind tomorrow.

I did hit the gym for an hour today just so I wouldn't feel too bad about all the chips haha. Did an extra chest workout and 30 mins of cardio.

It is necessary to plan up your diets and work as per as that. There are lots of misconceptions regarding weight loss. So, you have to learn about it well and then go ahead in reducing unnecessary fat. But never overdo the diet as it is very harmful.

I eat the tyson ones every once in a while. 5 for 220 calories. Still fried but everyonce and awhile I just crave them bad and they are better than the ones at fast food places. Or ill toss chicken breast i've cut into stripes in crushed fat free croutons brushed with egg wash.

Hi everyone, how's everyone doing? I have a question and thought this would be the place to ask. I'm 29, I lost 70 pounds (from 230 lbs. to 160) and went from size 42" pants to a size 33" but when I sit down I still have some jiggle, especially when I lean over to tie my shoes. I definitely don't think I need to lose any more weight but I would at least like this "gut" to be flatter. I don't think it's fat, I think it's extra skin. I had back surgery back in April and now am fully recovered but wanna go back to the gym and see if I can put on a few pounds of muscle if I can. I know crunches are great for the abs but I'm kinda nervous about my form when I do them cause of the surgery I had on my lower spine, I really don't wanna aggravate anything with my back. Is there anything I can do to try to lose this extra skin?
