no, it's the track. I'm pretty experienced when it comes to drag racing. Even the stock/slightly modded SS's can't break into the 13's.

If i could get traction out of the hole, i'd be golden and hitting the 14's, but my 60' is always around 2.7-2.9...

They really don't prep the track very good here when it's open night. i hear it's much better on the test and tune nights, but more expensive. i might try it on one of those nights though.

whats the elevation? ouch 2.7 - 2.9 im almost at 60 mph then

been there before. try going on test & tune nights and see if it works out better. a little more money up front to improve your skills for when they are needed is always worth it.

cus you dont want to get yourself into the habit of trying to compensate for a crappy track then get a great track and your times suffer
