I had preacher curls in the workout prior to this one. Biceps look pretty good from the front, I want them to be more peaky in back poses like above.

It's been a while so I don't remember their names but the biceps are are composed of three different sections, usually changing width of grip and angle of grip(acomplished with a curling bar) is how you atack all three areas. Normally during many exercises I alternate grips or stances to help in working muscles from multiple angles. If you have access to a curling bar this may help.

Didn't look to see where he is from but the funny thing if you read his post to me he pretty much knows how to determine caloric needs but his examples of menus and the math he uses doesn't add up at all. I mentioned this thread hoping he might join in as it seems he may have some good input and may benefit from some advice here.

Well the chicken itself is one thing, but its how its cooked that makes it so deadly!!!!! Maybe he will come in here and get some great advice!!

I've been bouncing back and forth and he said he was going to check it out. He seems fairly knowledgeable and works out regularily so he would be a good addition to our group.

Me too, Grilling outside is always a good way too and its getting nice and warm here in alabama so some outside grilling is a must!

Oh yeah! i made turkey burgers on sunday.......Randy and the kids had to have beef though, but at least they were grilled!

So now I have turkey burgers for the week for lunch, and walmart sells pre packaged (in plastc wrap), sweet potatos, so you just pop in the microwave for about 5 minutes......and there nice and tender. Yumm, Splenda and cinnamon to taste!
