Thank you Joanne, you're a very sweet lady! And you don't down yourself either pretty lady, you would be amazed what squats and lunges a few times a week will do if you stay consistant with them!

Even though it's only been a week and a half since we've been going to the gym and dieting, I feel so much more alive....LOVE IT.

Eating all this protein packed food/supplements is such a change...but a good one!

don't even have that little bit of negativity... I don't care hold old you are, or how out of shape you are in... hard work and dedication will get you there! Now go eat some chicken!

real motivation

Ok, dieting sucks, finding time for the gym sucks, not drinking beer sucks, watching every little crumb I eat sucks.
But the real motivation for me is feeling better and sex just keeps getting better with every pound losed.:tweetz:

Having sex burns a fairly large amount of calories plus recent studies show that ejaculation releases hormones that are beneficial to muscle growth, so honestly I feel that MORE SEX is an important part in reaching your goals so KEEP IT UP!!!!!

Well, for one...I'm not out of shape..I've worked hard to be where I am now. I lost 25 lbs...and I am proud of myself. My goal was to wear a bikini for an upcoming trip, and so I did it...I recently bought 2.
I consider myself in pretty good shape now.

As for the chicken, here...you can it eat it for me. I'm a vegetarian, but I love seafood!

I only ask as I am sure you know eggs are one of the most complete sources of protein,if you eliminate some of the yokes to reduce fat intake they can help round of your diet.
