stuck at 6 pounds... holding steady.... had Randy and Zebra over this weekend...

the beer may have had something to do with it....


glad I didn't gain any back...

need to get back on track...

Okay, so I'm over 50. I'm never going to be what I was, but I want to be toned and healthy. I want to enjoy eating, but be sensible about it. We all have our own goals. Mine is to be back at a size 4-6, be toned and get my cholesterol back under 200 (diabetes doesn't help)!

I'm going to the gym - Body Pump class 3 times a week, walking the other days, eating smaller portions and more fruits & vegetables. It's working slowly, the way I want it to!

Went to the gym today for the 3rd day in a row. Did chest (bench,decline,incline,cable cross overs) and some abs.

I'm eating a ton more protein and after I weighed 2 more lbs than normal this morning, I was sitting there...going...oh boy...I hope it's going to the right places! But, I think I just need to add a bit more cardio. I'm actually fine with adding a few more pounds...as long as they are pounds found in MUSCLE and not around my waist. I personally would love to be 265lbs of muscle. That would be fine by me. Shoot...I'm 6'02. So, that would be kinda big. But, that's what I want.

Okay, vacation is over in the morning and now I will be turning anger into motivation. A couple of days before vacation started My son & hubby made me really mad calling me fat after all the progress I have made. Sooooo, if it is Twiggy they want, it is on. I hope hubby is prepared to buy new clothes for me again. We just bought the next smaller size & now I will be dropping one more size.
