Ok, Becky, here ya go:

Down 7 pounds this week

I don't expect that to continue, but it's a nice kickstart!
Stuck to my running program and diet all week, met with my trainer and did upper body (OUCH), and went dancing Saturday night (didn't sit down for at least 3 hours) LOL

Cooking veggie and turkey sausage soup for dinner. Perfect for a cold, snowy day in Texas!

Have a great week, all!

Eh been sick the past 4 days with a sore throat/cough and really congested. Had army training all weekend so ready to get back on the diet! While I was their I ate mostly tuna that I brought and stayed pretty clean, but last night we had a huge party at our armory and had prob around 15-18 beers :/....I always hate drinking on a cut but im going to up my cardio this week to help make up for it.

Tonight turkey bacon and Avocado sandwiches....delicious!

I did this Sat as an off type workout. Wow, my shoulders were killing me Sat. night. I did some drop sets on the log (4 drops sets, with 15 reps each set). Then did deadlifts on Sunday.. whoo hoo. Worked up to 545 lbs, not bad before going to biceps.

Can someone throw out a general calorie range for a 21 y.o male for both workout and non-workout days. Everywhere I look it says something different.

Just thought this quote would help everyone stay motivated,

"One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life."
- Edward B. Butler
