Ever since the 5.0 I've been liking the stang more and more. Those stripes are pretty bad though. I don't know what car I'm getting when I graduate now.

Congrats on your purchase. It's fun having haters.

Probably will end up with it's rear end stuck into a bank sign like the Laramie, Wyoming car show! GOING, GOING, GOING ...#@*SMASHED!
This is better than harrassing my buddy about his Cobra!

Oh yeah, I second it - THE END

Usually cursing, personal attacks and name calling will end a thread but I can not offer my services for this one. I don't have any infraction points to spare.

Ofcourse this thread was going to get rough. It's called CHEVY VS. FORD.

The Stang and the Camaro were released in 1964 and 1966 respectively, and they've been duking it out ever since.

So after 44 years of rivalry, why would anyone think that a person posting on a Camaro forum that he bought a Stang wasn't going to get raked over the coals?

He did, and he was.

As natural as the Law of Gravity ...

I agree with SummitWhiteLS,
Wow, me agreeing with a New Yorker....what is going on?
Seriously, well said.
Chevy, Ford, SuperCar....whatever....all are cool and they don't need us....we need them....to make us look better.
Off topic Question: How many Camaro owners post on the Mustang sites? Hmmm....

Nice GT500! I wasn't a big fan of the 05-09 stangs in the looks department, I still perfer the prior gen. I really like the new look tho, but the rear end hasn't grown on me yet. Congrats man!
