Hmm Its not to bad, and they are going for the Retro 70 look. As for hood scoops, mines is real Yep, it sucks air right into my blower SuperShaker FTW I hate fake scoops as well, but they do sometimes can look nice.

Couple of things.

Not going to increase sales of the car.
Not going to increase performance of the car.
Charge consumers more.

Another total FAIL from Chrysler.....

One thing:

The Appearance package is supposed to add an even more retro look to it. It succeeded.

An actual WIN for Chrysler IMO.

Sales numbers beg to differ.

I think need to appeal to a wider audience. They're not necessarily in the position to be picking customers.

Being unique is the Challenger's greatest strength at this point so these options are probably a good idea. The car desperately needs a powertrain update for every trim level to keep from falling even further behind in the comparisons/value/sales numbers though.

I think it looks great, as an appearance package they'll make a huge it in their arena of fans. I like the looks before and I like it even more with this package.

I just skimmed the hood scoop banter, meh- whatever. But I'm glad I checked back in on this for the picture on post 18. That's glorious.

That car and it's siblings are my favorite of the muscle cars. I will likely never be able to get one since I'm working for the man.

I think I found their inspiration:

They got the nose and color right on the money, now they just need the fur.
