Just went to the local mexican restaurant and picked up the salsa for the new years party! 4 gallons of salsa!!!!! Totally free with three bags of chips!

Starting next year they are supposed to be releasing 3D blu-ray players and 3D capable TVs. The 3D players and TVs will be completely backwards compatible with current high def and regular def pictures, so no worries there. I would imagine that prices will start a bit high (as with all new technology) and slowly drop as more and more are produced.

Good news is that this will hopefully drop the price on current HD sets even more

I should also note there are a couple of 3d monitor systems available for PCs, not sure if they will work with movies unless the movie is specifically made to work with those kinds of set ups though...

Avatar did the same for me, barring the gut feeling that I'm sounding like a dolt for comparing it to the almighty Star Wars film franchise.

I'd see it again in a heart beat. And I haven't even seen it in 3D yet, only 2D. o_O

I saw it in 3D (twice!), movie is freaking awesome. I will say this though: the IMAX theater we watched it at the 2nd time (in 3d) didn't seem to have as sharp of a 3D picture as the normal sized theater we went to. Not sure if it was just that theater or if they have trouble adjusting the 3D projector to that large of a screen But it looked excellent on a normal sized movie screen

Get Fallout 3 and/or COD MW2.
