Dam this game is addicting I have had it for 3 days and it is hard to put it down lol I had to force myself to put it down so I can relax and wind down before bed otherwise I will be trying to explain to my boss why the kid in me is coming out and forcing me to call in tomorrow

I wish I had replace my machine earlier. Last year I was big into online playing NCAA 2009 right before it went bad ( my machine ) I purchased 2010 and its been sitting here since September lol

I'm jealous. It goes against my playstyle so I'm hoping I don't suck it up big when I get them (I've noticed that there are some really bad Akimbo guys).

Yep since last night I've sucked it up. It's completely against my playing style, which is more of a mid range/flank style, less of a running around with shotguns style. Don't get me wrong they are sweet, but they aren't my playing style.

I've got a Class devoted to them, but I've gotten pretty good with the Magnum so I kept that and the akimbo PP2000's on everything else

man zeus, how do you use the akimbos on HC? i can't use anything akimbo except the P90, and that's probably because there's so many bullets i'm bound to hit something.
I can't even count how many time i've turned a corner and opened up on a guy while using Akimbo Desert Eagles, and have him turn around and kill me, couldn't hit him once!

The PP2000's are auto pistol's, and for what they are, they are decently accurate but provide a ton of bullets.

They are my Secondary to my ACR which I use 90% of the time, but if I'm running into a room the akimbo PP2000's work nicely

Shotguns make more sense for akimbo then regular pistols and submachine guns IMHO because you have a blast area. And the 1887s have the longest range of any shotgun. I can't Akimbo worth a damn right now either, but when I picked up some 1887s it did work reasonably well.

I just don't know if I can move like that. I think my thumbs are too old

I've only been playing for a bit, I think im 39 and have been using M4A1 with red dot and Scavenger/stoppingpower/commando all pro, since I started.

The Akimbo 1887 drive me absolutely crazy. Its such a sick setup. A few games ive been in people have been running running around with them marathon/lightweight/steady aim and just running up on people and blowing them away with them.

Its almost as frusterating as the people using the same perk setup + commando pro on tight maps and running around knifing people.
