This is faux-deep mallgoth tripe of the lowest order.

I haven't read the books, seen the movies, or have ANY idea what this story so please excuse me if I sound like a total nimrod here but IMO twilight kind of seems like a rip-off of the Underworld series. From what i can gather from commercials, it just seems like vampires and werewolves fighting each other for domination over the other race and some teenager gets stuck in the middle of it.

This is faux-deep mallgoth tripe of the lowest order. If Aby wasn't so sweet I'd deduct points for her liking it.

I'll let it slide, though. THIS time.
Everyone has their own opinion of course. I won't spend too much of my time arguing why others should like this movie - I'll simply say - I liked it If you didn't - I guess I can understand why - but I didn't scrutinize this movie like some will.

In movies I look for one thing - entertainment - and I was entertained. That is all.

Oh, absolutely. I don't fault anyone for liking any movie. I loved Oldboy, and I'm sure the majority here wouldn't, for instance.
