lol happen's to everybody.

I'll have day's where I get into a grove and (Search and Destory only has a limited number of kills total between both teams. ) I'll pull off half a dozen games in a row at 10-15 kills and 1-3 deaths. Problem is that if I die quick the first couple rounds, you don't get to see the strategy of the other team, and you just kinda run out there like an idiot and end up getting tagged all night.

Not necessarily your fault. I still think hit detection is pretty uneven. Sometimes it takes 4 bullets to take someone down, sometimes 8-10, all other things equal. I've unloaded even more sometimes. Guy just turns around and shoots me. That's when I turn the game off and go do something else.

A lot of that has to do with the Damage level of the gun you are using.... the single biggest reason that I only play Hardcore.

Isn't that nuts. I'm trying the M4 again, and I've had people just flat out dead to rights with a red dot center mass (ya I know, headshots when you can get them) and I'm squeezing off 4 or 5 rounds and they turn around and shoot me. That's part of why I went to the SCAR the first time. I don't want to run stopping power full time.

If I were on the PC I'd be thinking there was some sort of cheat going on. I moved away from PC shooters because at least on a console everyone is equal even if the controls aren't as good.

If I shoot something, it needs to die after 1 or 2 bullets, not 4 or 5 And grenades = death unless you're really lucky (remember walking away from more than a few grenades on regular death match).

This thread is not helping my addiction the game though. Every day I think to myself "I'm playing this too much, I should find something better to do with my time" And then I get here at the end of the work day, when there's nothin for me to do, and read this thread and start thinkg "Oh yeah I haven't gotten that perk unlocked yet, and I still need to get the ACOG for such n such rifle, god i cant wait to get home n pwn someone!"

LOL me too . It's hard to stop, but I have to keep seeing rewards pop up. Once I got the SCAR fully kitted I had no interest in using it again. I know I'll eventually burn out- but I really want to make some Christmas Noobs suffer.

I get a kick out of sneaking up on people... popping out from the last place they figured I'd be. I'm good at finding hidden spot's the designers built into the game for players to find, and then using them against people.

Definitely not the game for a parent watching the content his children play. They will have the ability to choose this stuff soon enough. I am ex military (infantry 11H), and some of it is pretty graphic for me.

It says mature, so most adults would have a great time. You should do this. You would have a blast.

After you play it, you'll find yourself amazed at how much time you waste on stupid things like work and sleep.

It's fun on maps with lots of foliage to find a nice spot behind where people like to snipe from and drop the respawn flare (lots of foliage so they don't see it). It's so rewarding to spawn 10 yards behind a sniper and giving him some prison love. If I quit playing with toys I bet my KD ratio would improve.
