Powerlifting is low reps and heavy sh*t.
Bodybuilding is more high reps with med weights.

My best lifts in competition are 550 lb squat, 465 lbs bench, 600 lb deadlift.

The guys/gal I am training did well at the last event. Took 1st, 2nd for the guys, and the gal took 1st. I was a proud trainer that day, as it reinforced my routines, and their dedication.

Meals.. for contest 5k calories a day, around 280-300 gms of protein. off season, about 3k calories a day. I like to stay around 225-230 lbs for my weight.
so if i am looking to build lean muscle, do i eat below 2k calories?
