That is an IQS report...initial quality survey. Owners of cars were sent questionnaires regarding their satisfaction in the first 90 days of ownership. These were done on models sold between last Sept till this past Jan. I would like to see how the samr owners feel after a year or 2 of ownership. That's where reliability and build quality come into play. Drive a subaru...Honda or Toyota down the highway when the car has 30 or 40 thousand miles on it.
Then do the same in a Hyundai or Kia.
