Very cool... They monitor my heart rate so they know if I'm cheating or over exerting my self... About once a month they take off the Heat monitor and try to get me to puke/fail. It sucks but it really helps break through the plateaus...
Today I did a 10 min warmup, 40 mins in the sand with short hurdles and med ball, then finished with 10 min of abs/core....

yeah i watched the videos and speed up looks intense
and boxing is always fun

thats a hell of a work out for an hour
