It's really cool. We do something different every day. Sand, ladders, hurdles, cones, lifting, treadmills, Med ball, sled, slide board, boxing.
Very cool... They monitor my heart rate so they know if I'm cheating or over exerting my self... About once a month they take off the Heat monitor and try to get me to puke/fail. It sucks but it really helps break through the plateaus...
Today I did a 10 min warmup, 40 mins in the sand with short hurdles and med ball, then finished with 10 min of abs/core....
