Guys I need advice! Since my shoulder wasn't bothering me to much I start hitting the gym again, I have a partner now so I was going harder than before, well today we did back and doing deadlift I use straps to pull more weight got to 315 on my 10 pull, you guess it, hurt my lower back!  so any exercise to help improve my back? Your gym probably doesn't have one but with a bar, a reebok step, and a power rack you can rig up something to do some reverse hyperextensions. That and see a chiro...
