Yes, all C7s will adjust many inputs, to include suspension with driving modes. The individual suspension tweaking discussed above can be made only on Mag ride vehicles in Track mode. That is changing the suspension within the mode.
This is getting more complicated than needed. Let me simplify it. If you want a smooth ride, then test a car with and without mag ride in eco or weather mode. Both will be at their smoothest suspensions. Any suspension modes from there will stiffen it to accommodate increased performance driving.
