I just checked my owner's manual, here's what I found: if you go into the personalization menu, select Driving Mode. Then select Suspension. You should then be able to select Tour, Sport, Track or Auto. Anything but Auto will leave it in the selected mode. Only Auto allows it to change when changing Driver Modes. This is found on page 5-42 in the manual. Yours may be set to Track, which would be the harshest for daily driving.
