ATT has never let me down. At the beggining of the summer, when my kids had jplenty of time after school let out, they tacked up 243.00 worth of texting. I didn't have the unlimited text on our account. What I had was, I think, 250 tms each on all four phones. I called ATT to add the unlimited and the girl I talked to CREDITED the amount back to my account, basically prorating it as if I had it allready. She didn't have to do that. Of course I didn't even ASK to help me with the bill last month when my son went 800.00 over the normal phone bill.

I remember those days .... I glad I pay my own bill, And I'm with Verizon .... the best, and we are the first transition to a 4G network .....
