The Onstar insurance through state farm is something I'm not a fan of, not to banter the company but the discount rates are horrible if you drive a lot. The more you drive, the less your discount will be. Which is stupid...



Here's what your discount percentage would be if you decided to link up Onstar and Statefarm, I suppose it can't hurt if you have onstar for a year and not paying for it, but if you're going to start paying for onstar just to get a discount think twice, you might end up paying more.

The reason I'm pissed at my agency down the road is every time I ask them a question they answer it from a random answer they pull out of their asses, insurance quotes they give me a ball park number, even when I asked if they gave discounts for having onstar they said "no we don't pair with onstar"

SO ya, here's your discount chart.

Hate on me if you want, this is strictly just an opinion.
