That is very sad. I would like to think that they are still looking down on us & seeing the things we would have liked to share with them. I'm glad my kids both got to know their grandparents and that I had her as long as I did. The sad reality of life is that the only way to avoid dealing with grief is to never have any close relationships with anyone and that would be the greatest tragedy of all. My mother was truly a saint so I know she is in a better place, but I still miss her.
