At this point any more negative consequences you encounter as a result of this situation are on YOU! Sorry to be harsh but you are letting her walk all over you.
She needs to go, you've been disrespected beyond redemption. Chalk the money up as a loss at this point and tell her she needs to find somewhere else to live. Give her 3 days maximum and that at the end of the three days you will call the cops.
Take this as a lesson, avoid business relationships of ANY kind with ANYONE except immediate family or a spouse/fiancee. Never lend out money, never let people borrow anything, and don't live with people without signing a contract stating rent obligations.
Sure all of these situations can go well, but when they go bad, they go REAL bad. Look at what happened here. You tried to be nice and now you have to effing kick someone out of your home.
There is virtually never a good back ground story as to why someone is asking you for money/a place to stay. 9/10 they messed up and now they are looking to you to cover for their mistakes.
This girl doesn't have her shit together and passed that onto you, and now you lose.
Again, get her out and take it as a lesson.
