For this particular car, I might be wrong. What about cars with push button starters? No key to take out of the ignition?
Either way, the guy wasn't evading police. He did a damn fine job of not causing an accident or injuring other people. Even had the police aware of the situation who were able to block off further traffic.
Guy gets a huge thumbs up for me.
