I gained 15 pounds, ate way to much and very poorly. I can feel/see a difference. Needed to vent, im back on the diet now. Leave for the beach in 2 weeks so I will see where im at before I leave. Maintaining my weight loss is going to be harder than I thought and I am scared I'm going to gain it all back :(

We all lose focus! I just gained 4 pounds since my last show!

Gotta hit hard again and get in contest shape by Aug. 18th!
