I'm on a hill, and far enough inland that I don't worry about tsunamis. Also far enough from Rainier so the blast won't get me, on a high enough hill I should be safe from the lahar. I'm thinking of selling the moss in my yard - I hear some people like it for gardens?? Washington is great! Everyone come visit!
