I've never had an issue with my cholesterol and that's surprising when you consider how I eat. I'll never let myself get unhealthy and fat, but I'll be damned if I'm going to punish myself by taking away pizza and foods I love. I'm suprised too. Must have good genes!

I eat pretty healthy and I like it. But I do have at least one cheat meal a week be it fajitas or pizza. Cheat meals are acutally good for you, shock your system and keep your body from storing fat believing that its starving.

Yeah it is easy but remember your body still needs carbs, they give you energy to a point. Just be sure to eat them early in the day, no later than lunch.
Can't go wrong with steak.
