You may be correct (i have not gone through the process myself) but from what i understand there are a number of "interveiws" that you must have. In these interviews they ask some very morally difficult questions and situational hypotheticals are discussed. If that is not a form of psych evaluation I'm not sure what you would consider it. The bold statement is not all that true head over to calguns . net and see how many have ccws there. They are just hard to get and they make you jump through some extreme hoops.

Arizona doesn't seem to be a war zone to me so...
The laws only keep the honst people from having the guns anyway...
