You can also eat quick and simple for breakfast. Here is something super easy that fits right in to what we are suggesting, how about an egg mcmuffin, well kind of.
Take a whole wheat english muffin, add 1-2 slices Canadian bacon a slice of reduced fat cheese and one of those hard boiled eggs you keep in the fridge squish it down and eat, if you have time you can even toast the muffin lol.
This is the piont I'm trying to make, look at the list of foods, (there are more, that list is basic) there is such a wide variety you can make a healthy meal out of anything and keep the ratios right, you just have to understand proper proportions.
