The bad news is My motehr-in-law cooked a HUGE dinner tonight for hubby's birthday. No telling how much working out it will take to work that off. :( But Man was it good.  Good thing Birthdays only come once a year!

Sounds like you have a pretty solid plan Janice!!! You should certainly meet your goals!!! And don't worry about your "cheat"...as long as it doesn't become a habit you will be just fine!

Like you said, birthdays are only once a year so celebrate!!
