Go girl, I've gotten to where I love working out at home now, no waisting gas and time getting there when you have everything right there at home!

And if the gym has a machine I need I can usually find the same workout with resistance bands or using the body ball!

My workouts this morning:
Day 5 – Friday – Butt/Shoulders
6 x 12 arnold press – rest 1 min
2 x 50 linda squats – rest 1 min
2 x 100 one leg butt press– rest 1 min
2 x 75 butt push downs on assisted pull up machine– rest 1 min
2 x 50 one leg butt squat on smith machine– rest 1 min
2 x 50 hypers– rest 1 min
Cardio tonight, waking lunges, walking squats and side skips!
