I'm most likely a bit older then most of you, went to high school in the late 60's. I had a crush on a girl in high school, we met at a party and made out but no sex, I never asked her out because she had a boyfreind.
Fast forward 30 years to 1999 at my 30th class reunion. She walks up to my wife and says "You're a very lucky woman, I was so in love with your husband back in high school, I have thought about him off and on over the years" My wife doesn't have a jealous bone in her body, so her comments didn't bother her in the least and we joked about it later. But I was dumbfounded. WHAT??? Why didn't she tell me 31 years ago???
So yeah, some of us have to be hit over the head with a 2x4. I certainly didn't pick up on her hints (if there were any)......we kissed, but I was too naive to pick up on the fact that I could have taken it further.
