well i know i could be stricter in both my diet and work outs. but basically i work out for about an hour and a half a day with at least a 1 mile run and as far as the diet goes. i eat either a bowl of special K or oats for breakfast a smoothie just after my work out with a baked chicken breast and dinner is where i always mess up either a 6 in sub or whatever mom cooks because im home for the summer.
