also go with natural sugars along with the protien bars to keep your energy high. Apples, oranges, bananas, grapes. With the amount of energy you will be putting out, you body will be craving anything to keep moving. Vitamin Water, Smart Water, Gatorade.. don't just think "water"..think electrolytes.
