I'm having some work sadness too. They had us all on a pay freeze for the last two years, and now that it's over, the raise I got was very disappointing. Less than I got after my very first year with the company, and I've taken on a ton of extra responsibility in the last couple. I think it's decision time here. Do I really want to work my ass off for a company that pays like this?

That really sucks. I was supposed to get my raise a year ago, never got it, then I was supposed to get one in April still hasn't happened. I know how it feels. I would be kinda looking for something new if I was in that position too.
Yeah I mean this new job only has to last me a year or so just till I get through Intermediate Accounting 1 and 2. And I do not want to be stressed about being unhappy at my job or not having a free weekend every once and awhile or working every holiday.
