Another 2 hours in the gym today. Burned 1507 calories yesterday (only 20 min cardio) and another 1387 calories today. Man...this stuff is kicking my BUTT.
Went to GNC today. Picked up some new whey protein. Now I'm taking whey before and after workouts and using the syntha 6 only as a between means and night time "snack."
Today was shoulder (week 3). Tomorrow? I think arms. Shoot...I don't remember anymore. but, I look forward to getting back in there!
