Well you have to concider the prices here. The Corvette is a good comparison for PERFORMANCE as far as grip and handling... but then you have to factor in the GTR.
The Z fits into a spot that GM doesnt have much for. They dont have a sports car that can compete with the Z for the 29k-37k price bracket...
As great as the Corvette is... its doesnt even START till 50k, a good 20k more than the Z.
