but im sure out of 10 people he stops 9 of them lie to him so i understand.
You are pretty close, we get lied to constantly. But,after a number of years you learn who is most likely telling the truth and who's not. The most common is having to go to the bathroom especially when they are leaving the City where there were places to stop. Its funny that in 9 yrs I've never had anyone lose control of their functions while they were waiting.
I've let one guy go. An older gentleman going about 20 over. Poor guy he was almost in tears and when I asked him why he was going so fast he said "Cause officer I just s--- myself." By the raw smell of it he wasn't lying. Drive carefully sir... goodbye
