Well, I only ever max out at 12.9 ish BF% on that little doo dad. My bulking diet has a lot of meat in it like 6oz of flank steak just about everyday for lunch, almonds, oats, lots more ON Whey, etc. I do cheat more in winter, but like I said my BF never goes up a whole lot. Just is what it is I guess. Most I've ever been able to weigh was 178 but I was so sick of eating.
