Okay, so I'm over 50. I'm never going to be what I was, but I want to be toned and healthy. I want to enjoy eating, but be sensible about it. We all have our own goals. Mine is to be back at a size 4-6, be toned and get my cholesterol back under 200 (diabetes doesn't help)!
I'm going to the gym - Body Pump class 3 times a week, walking the other days, eating smaller portions and more fruits & vegetables. It's working slowly, the way I want it to!
