Woman should then learn rather than eat something when you get emotional find something to beat on, your husband, boy friend doesn't matter, you get the satisfaction of releasing your frustrations and the benefit of exercise, I myself use a heavy bag.
Avoiding juice is very good. DON"T DRINK YOUR CALORIES, EAT THEM.
