I was down to 206 in the academy. Like Chris, I want to drop 25lbs, but also want to bulk up and add some muscle. I've got a 12 week diet/workout plan and need to get started. Finding the time to get to the gym has been most challenging part of all of this. But, I'm in.

Take Measurements!! When bulking and losing weight..looking at that scale will not tell you the truth. Muscle weights more, so you may be thrown off by that, take measurements at your neck, chest, waist, thigh, calf, bicep.
