Well, I don't know what happened but my shipping status said cancelled, so I called Dell and the guy didn't know why either. He asked if what I ordered is what I still wanted. I said yes and he told me he was a little confused. He said that alienware is good, but most people don't buy the bare minimum because you can get a much better computer for the same price. He told me about XPS 8100, gave me a great deal because I was searching while he was rambling and I decided this was a better option.
I really didn't do my research prior. My co-worker has alienware and recommended it. As I've stated before, I've been away from desktop computers since 2002, so I just took his word for it. I'm much happier with the XPS.
