Your the BIGGEST Ford Fan boy EVER! Take your biased reviews off youtube and cry about the Mustang to someone else who cares

How much did Ford pay you to post this crap review? You do realize the driver's seat does go up and down? I put my GPS on the console. I'm a woman and I think the visibility if fine. I love my Camaro SS and I'd kick your Mustang's ass with it.

Look, if you drive a camaro SS and are happy with it, then I'm happy for you. I'm glad you bought the car you wanted. But blindly accusing me of taking money from Ford to give a FAIR review of the Camaro is completely ridiculous and un-called for. I WISH Ford, GM, or anyone would pay me to review their cars favorably, but they don't. If they did, I'd be rich as hell right now. I have no motivation to say one thing vs. another in a review besides my own integrity.

Good review, though I think I smell a mustang fan. Doesn't matter, you made valid points. Though I would have addressed the weight of the beast.

I'm a Mustang fan for one reason: I've driven all 3 of these cars, and allowed other people to drive them when I've had them, and my friends and I have universally agreed the Mustang is the most fun to drive of the 3, and offers the most performance/fun/quality for the price. The weight didn't seem as big of an issue in the Camaro as I thought it was going to be, my other gripes with it seemed more significant.

@TheSmokingTire I agree, I'm typically not a ford fan but the new GT is a well rounded deal, though I'm not thrilled on the exterior. I do have to laugh how you didn't mention the Challenger in your muscle car reference in the beginning. Coming from a Mopar fan here, its the sad truth

@furian777 I don't consider the challenger a Sports Car, because it's terrible at every performance test and certainly doesn't feel like a sports car. It's a great looking, comfortable cruiser that sounds good in SRT8 trim.

The 2010 camaro was compared to the 2010 mustang and the 2010 challenger, camaro came out on top, in style and performance...

That was then, and this is now. We're comparing cars that are in showrooms today. Since that comparison test you're referencing (which we didn't do), the Mustang has gained 100 horsepower, an extra gear, and much bigger brakes.

No, it was car and driver, they dont lie, it was judged by a team of EXPERTS, the smoking tire is NOT an expert! and nor are you!

I know more bad journalists that work for print magazines than I care to mention. That still doesn't answer my point at all. Since that test, there is an all new powertrain in the Mustang. Sure, the 2010 wasn't all that, but the 2011 positively blows the doors off the Camaro and Challenger. There's no point comparing this Camaro to a car that's out of production, especially when there are no changes planned for the 2011 Camaro.

Yo matt i dont understand why ford doesnt fix maybe for wat i think is the only problem with the mustang being rear suspension why dont they make it independent is would make the ford run circles around that car easy but why dont they do it it could be cost but at this point thats easely fixable wat do yu think

@italomopar
3 reasons: 1) Weight. An IRS adds about 200 pounds to the car. 2) Price. An IRS adds about $1500 to the cost of the car, and 3) Drag Racing. Many Mustang owners drag race their cars, and the live axle setup is better for drag racing. In most cases, the live axles in the new Mustangs are fine. The only time we'd wished for an IRS is when driving very fast over bumpy roads. Since that's a relatively rare condition, they don't feel the need.
